Service Description

I will not sell my coaching services to you. That is not the purpose of this time together. It is your opportunity to ask any questions you have about life coaching in general, my practice, me as a person, and me as a coach. Our space and time together is one of mutual respect, honesty and confidentiality. We will discuss your needs and the expectations you have from being coached. It is important that you explain what you feel you need and what is it that is troubling you most. If you wish, you will also have the opportunity to sample my coaching to see how it feels and to help you determine if I am right for you. I respect that this is a big decision and commitment to your personal well-being and growth. This extra time allows you to experience what it actually feels like to be coached by me before you even commit. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via email or text, no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time/date. I reserve the right to charge the full session $ rate for any cancellation that does not provide this 24 hour notice. Please refer to our contract.
