I also provide 1-on-1 coaching sessions "TOP-UP" style. These are for people who have already been through one of my coached plans, but desire some extra support when most needed.

These are popular with clients:

1) while on an existing plan to add more time to complete the transformation they are committed to

2) to periodically check in for a 1-on-1 session after a plan has completed. These are particularly useful when Clients are in doubt, identify an obstacle, or experience an unplanned challenge or event. Life this simply that way, so being flexible is key
