Service Description

This option is popular with existing plan members who wish to add coaching hours if and when they feel they need one: Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond. These AS-NEEDED coaching sessions are designed to provide you some extra support for your life-event flexibility. Consider purchasing these hourly sessions to: 1) Add hours to augment another programs 2) Book as-and-when-needed, after your program has completed, so you may check in and get additional support to keep you on track, or 3) for Clients who do not wish to buy an offered program package but would like some short-term assistance (one or two sessions) to address a recent event.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via email or text, no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time/date. I reserve the right to charge the full session $ rate for any cancellation that does not provide this 24 hour notice. Please refer to our contract.
